Baiitsu's sister noted that he did not care about his appearance and wore tattered clothes, and other accounts say he used worn brushes and cheap paints. Such comments may suggest Baiitsu's casual personal style, but it is not revealed in his delicate, skillful paintings, which emanate polish and refinement.
